Ceramic sales
Our professional experience sales staff will meet with you directly to help identify your specific needs. We take pride in offering individual attention and uncompromising service.
Epoxy and RTV adhesives
MCS Epoxy wear-compounds is available in standard and high-temperature formulations. A 1-1 mixing ratio, long pot-life and easy application make these products suitable for shop and field application.
MCS RTV is a 100% silicone adhesive available for standard or high temperature.
Wear Compounds
combine the same easy-to-use epoxy products with high density alumina ceramic beads to produce an effective abrasion resistant coating. Mini-bead wear compounds are useful for small areas or tight curves.
MCS also offers Fast Set and Super fast set epoxies and wear compounds. This product sets in a fraction of the time of our standard epoxy.
Pipe Fabrication
MCS fabricates direct fit replacement parts to suit your needs. We also offer custom fabrication to solve your abrasion problems. Ask us about our suction and discharge applications for slurry pumps.

Vacuum Bonded Ceramic
MCS employees have been at the forefront of bonded products design for many years. Now we can offer you the value of buying direct from the manufacturer. We offer the highest quality while maintaining the cost-effectivness the end-user needs to remain competitive. Our engineering and manufacturing team is a highly experienced resource for your lining applications
- Why Vacuum bonding?
Alumina ceramic linings have long been used in a wide variety of applications. Vacuum bonding compliments those uses by adding the ability to ceramic line areas not possible with a standard lining, including dynamic application, space constrained areas, and high impact components. While providing abrasion resistance of fully dense, fired fine grain alumina body, bonding utilizes small tiles that provide flexablity of the product, impact resistance, and the ability to line complex shapes. The ceramic tiles can be bonded directly to the products for use or placed on a lightweight backing plate for easy replacement. - Maximizing the benefits of Vacuum bonding
Alumina ceramic is an excellent lining material. At 40% of the density of steel, its light weight minimizes stress on the equipment lined and extends life of other components such as fan bearings. The uniform nature of ceramic provides even wear that procedures like weld-overlay can’t offer. - Vacuum products
Bonded products began as an effective way to line paddle wheel blades on pulverized fuel exhauster fans and are still the most cost effective way to line these components. MCS can combine ceramics with other materials, such as Tungsten Carbide, to maximize durability against wear. Now, the value of vacuum bonding can be utilized in a wide range of products.
